Food and sustainability
It's important to us that we cater to your tastes - and at the same time we want to use our resources responsibly. That's why we pay attention not only to the quality of our food, but also to its origin. We usually buy potatoes and fresh meat from the region (e.g. from the Eifel), we only use free-range eggs, prefer MSC-certified fish and use organic products whenever possible.
