And regardless of whether you are enrolled at the University of Koblenz or the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences: You can use all canteens and cafeterias of the Studierendenwerk Koblenz, not only those on your campus. Foods and sustainability
It is important to us that we meet your taste – and at the same time we want to use our resources responsibly. That is why we pay attention not only to quality but also to the origin when purchasing our foods. We source potatoes and fresh meat mostly from the region (e.g. from the Eifel), we only use free-range eggs, prefer MSC-certified fish and – whenever possible – buy organic products. Our coffee is 100 percent fair trade certified and we also offer Fairtrade snacks in our cafeterias.
